"Good deals if you’re willing to dig around"
I stopped in last week, or maybe it was the weekend before, I can’t remember, but I spent a good while looking around. Some of the prices seemed fair, while a few used items felt a little high for what they were. I did end up finding a decent deal, it just took some digging and comparing stuff for a bit

"Decent spot, but they need more staff"
I did end up finding what I needed, and the staff was nice once someone was finally able to help me. But my gut feeling was that they were just understaffed. I stood around for quite a while waiting for someone to check the item for me, and checkout took longer than I expected too. Not a bad place overall, but when it gets busy, they really need more people working

"Friendly and easy stop"
The staff was really friendly, like genuinely helpful without hovering or trying to push anything on me. I had a couple questions and they answered them quickly, which was nice. Just made the whole stop feel easy, honestly. Nice people working there.

As a hockey and baseball person, I’ve ordered from Play It Again Sports a few times and overall I’ve had good experiences. The staff actually seems to know the gear, which I appreciate, instead of just trying to push random stuff. Since it’s used equipment, the condition can definitely vary, so I’d recommend looking closely at the photos and details before buying. Prices have usually felt fair to me, and shipping has been fine. Solid 4 stars...

"Pretty legit, but the wait was annoying"
I’d say Play It Again Sports is mostly legit, but it probably depends on the location. I picked up some used gear and it was basically as described, though it was a bit more worn than I was expecting once I looked closer. The staff were helpful when I asked questions, so that was good. My main complaint was having to wait in line for way too long just to check out, which got frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, but definitely inspect everything carefully before you buy.

"Convenient Location, But Still Frustrating"
This Play It Again Sports is in a super convenient spot for me, which is the main reason I even bother going. I can swing by after work without driving out of my way, and parking is usually easy, so at least that part isn’t a hassle. But it’s annoying that the store manages to make a simple trip feel more frustrating than it should. With a location this handy, they really shouldn’t be giving people reasons to leave irritated.

"Showed Available, But It Wasn’t There"
I checked ahead and it said the item was available in store, so I made the trip thinking I could just grab it. Once I got there, nobody could find it, and I felt kind of pressured to either pick something else or just leave empty-handed. Frustrating experience

I’ve found a few good deals here and there, but they’re not always worth the hassle. Sometimes the discount looks nice at first, then you realize the item isn’t that great or there’s a extra catch. It’s fine if you check carefully, but I wouldn’t assume every deal is the bargain.

"Easy consignment and quick payout"
I dropped off some old hockey gear for consignment and the whole process was easy. They explained everything clearly, and I actually got paid faster than I expected. The only thing I’d say is to double-check what you need to bring before you go, since any hold-up there is totally preventable. Overall, it was smooth and I’d do it again

"I got a used baseball glove…"
I got a used baseball glove from playitagainsports and it actually showed up faster than I expected. The outside looked close to the pics, but the inside had more wear than I thought it would. not a huge deal since it’s still totally usable, and the price was fair enough. I’m not upset about it, just kinda wish the photos or description had been a little Clearer. I’d probably buy from them again, but next time I’d look over the details a lot more carefully.
