Josh from the Hendersonville location was AMAZING! Helped me with roller hockey equipment and rules. Will go back!

"at your own discretion"
I've found better items on Amaozn.com for half the price and twice the cleanliness. Items are hit or miss on quality and I honestly would not trust half of their used items that have computer components in them. Per personal experience. Items do not get cleaned before ending up on the shelves. If they do they did not do a terribly good job about it. I was price comparing and found Play It Again Sports to be twice as expensive as other local retailers. I gave up with Play It Again Sports and decided just to go through Amazon and wait for a deal.
Customer service towards women is generally a miss. I often had to be acknowledged and I did not feel terribly welcome there. Men got acknowledged the minute they walked in. I had to ask for acknowledgement before they would assist me.
